NEVER HAD A COLD IN MY LIFE...DIED THE NEXT DAY

Dead, if you're lucky enough...a vegetable in the worst case scenario.

How many times have we heard the braggart say having an iron constitution, never having a symptom, never a cold, being able to gobble up everything "because I have a stomach that can digest even stones", being able to smoke, drink excessively, to finally fall apart like a castle of glass usually at around 50 years old?

So many times...  and there is an explanation for everything.

Many people live in a so-called "apparent health" state, so intoxicated that they do not allow their own immune system to do the "spring cleaning", but only those daily tasks which are essential to guarantee, as far as possible, mere survival.

Imagine that you want to thoroughly clean your house, even the window frames, while someone keeps on throwing garbage in your living room...When will you start it?

The same is true for our body: it will never be able to do the extraordinary cleaning that it needs so much because it is committed to clean up, when it does, the daily garbage in which it is immersed.

And the unfortunate man, who thinks he's a smarter superman than the others, lives in a state of continuous acceleration due to all the external "help" that keeps him standing: coffee, cigarettes, super-refined food, dead animals, until the body takes its toll, implacable: stroke, heart attack, neoplasia ...

And maybe he had always had a white and smooth skin, while yours, despite your healthier eating habits, is not ...

The absence of symptoms is therefore equivalent to either an apparent state of health, or a perfect state of true health, there are no middle ways.

Unfortunately, in a seriously-polluted society like ours, colds (which are not caused by a virus but are real detoxification crises..I will go to the core of this subject in the next articles), fevers, herpes (also not caused by a mysterious virus that you take once, and then takes a nap inside us from time to time) and all sort of symptoms must be BLESSED as a sign of a LIVING body who fights back.

This does not mean not being able to aspire to the perfection of a smooth skin, mental clarity, physical vigor: we all CAN and MUST get there, reaching a state of well being never felt before. That can be very challenging at the beginning, due to the unhealthy life style which we all have been following since we were born: cow's milk, vaccines, antibiotics, poor food choices). We all NEED desperately to detox as the only way to restore and maintain good health. This starts from eating as a HUMAN being should eat: raw vegan (I'll discuss this topic in my next articles).

Or, as already mentioned, you can live at 10,000 rpm until the engine finally breaks down, and you will need the caregiver to go to the bathroom.

There are many clear examples, especially among professional athletes, who fall apart at around 40 years old after brilliant careers.

So next time you catch a cold, blow your nose, look at what has come out, and thank your immune system for not keeping it inside...
