Hi Pietro, human nutrition is decidedly an area where you never stop learning ...: I read your article that I report below where it says, in order to reduce inflammation, you must bring the fat intake (obviously from plants), to 10% of total calories. Now, I suffer from such inflammation, in the lumbar spine, that forces me to absolute immobility for weeks. I was told that hemp oil (obviously without THC) is one of the best and most balanced, and especially "the most powerful inflammation reducer" that exists on the market (words of dr. Jonas Elijah, who is not a hygienist, but it seemed to me pretty reliable about hemp oil and other things).
But, when taking hemp oil, every time I felt an increase in pain (i.e. inflammation). Yet, strictly speaking, the pain, I think, would be caused by prostaglandins PG2; therefore, hemp oil, going to feed the PG1 and PG3, should raise the pain .... So, in your opinion, what would be the best way to reduce inflammation, apart from total fast (drinking only distilled water)?
I must confess that I always made a heavy use of oils, (extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed, organic, produced by myself, biodynamic sunflower oil, sesame oil and biological, always cold pressed, organic coconut oil).
Coconut oil and hemp oil are reputed to cure, with regards to inflammation.
Or maybe the pain in the lower back may be due to excessive use of salt, which causes kidney stones? I only use the Himalayan pink salt, at "normal"doses .......
Maybe I should go on drinking distilled water?
Do you know how I can distill the water we drink?
I apologize for having stolen your precious time that could have been devoted to people far more in trouble than me, but maybe this topic about inflammation can be of interest a little bit to everybody, particularly to those intoxicated by drugs. Thanks again for everything

Hello Marco,
glad to hear from you again, though not in peak condition.
Needless to repeat my not being a doctor, but I continue to point this out to prevent the envious detractors of this blog from having even the slightest chance to "catch me".
Every day we grow, and proportionally grows the envy against an informative work that is in effect epochal.
Let's talk about us.
Let's from a simple concept. The human body of course needs fat to properly work, especially on a hormonal level, but the amount required is very much lower than we think; its surplus, in fact, may lead to problems not to be underestimated.
Small example: put a drop of oil in a glass, and see how it becomes.
Imagine this in the blood stream, where the blood must be fluid to transport hormones and nutrients everywhere .... diabetes, to give you an example, is indeed caused by too much fat in the blood stream, which results in the inability for the insulin to work.
This is the main reason, along with the consumption of grains (mainly gluten-containing), for the failure of those who embark on a vegan diet, especially raw one.
No doubt that the raw-vegan diet is the best way ever to feed your body, but if I consume high quantities of dried fruit and avocado, I'll end up feeling even worse than before.
So, with little fat and a large amount of fruit, we can have at our disposal the maximum amount of energy possible, easily "transportable", at zero-cost for our digestive system: this is the elixir for a long life and strength.
I myself had fallen into the trap of ''cold pressed organic olive oil is fantastic ", until I had to change my mind because I kept on feeling very bad, despite a diet that I thought was the best.
You also know what I think of the "remedies".
Just a question ... if hemp oil did not exist, would you be bound to keep back pain for ever?
No ... back pain is a symptom, hemp oil a remedy. And we do not want remedies, we want to eliminate the causes, not the symptoms.
Drastically reduce your fat intake, to a maximum of 10%, and decrease greatly the use of salt, of any type.
Don't think about water. Anyone who follows a vegan - raw food diet has practically no need to drink.
I myself, during winter, basically I don't feel the need to drink. And in summer time, I drink only either due to a very hard physical training or because of a very very hot weather.
We have been taught that we have to drink to be healthy.
Bull shit! Liquids should be taken from the best organic water in the world: raw fruits and vegetables.
You are supposed to drink very much exclusively during fasting, to help the body temporarily during the expulsion of toxins. Let us never forget that no animal drinks because "they have to", but only in the presence of a real stimulus of thirst.
Even more so, who is detoxifying from drugs must do everything to help the body in this enormous work.
Forget to fast while withdrawing, because fasting and drugs can't get along.
Just improve your diet, as written in this blog, and wait patiently for the results.
That always come. The body will never let you down. Do not forget it.
